Eleanor Hodgson: Artist’s Statement
Hi! I’m Eleanor and I found a love for art a couple of years ago when I started my art GCSE. I have now completed my GCSE and some of the collection here is part of my portfolio.

Whilst I started by painting in acrylic, I also really enjoy painting in oil as it gives a more finished look.

The poppies painted here symbolize hope whilst the other pieces explore the freedom of expression and the combination of colour and tone.
